At Lovikas, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before requesting a return.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days after your order has been delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Be in their original condition.
  • Include all original tags attached.
  • Be free from stains, perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
  • Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

Items that fail to meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final Sale items
  • Gift Cards
  • Swimwear with the hygiene liner removed
  • Bodysuits
  • Underwear & Lingerie
  • Earrings
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Beauty accessories
  • Products damaged due to improper use, washing, or normal wear and tear

Return Request

To start a return, please contact our Customer Support Team before sending your item back.

  • Photos of the product if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once your request has been approved, we'll send you the correct return instructions and return address.

Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.


Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For your protection, we recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking information, as Lovikas is not responsible for return packages lost during transit.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the shipping package
  • Photos of the shipping label

After reviewing your request, we'll work quickly to provide an appropriate solution.


Refunds

After your returned package has been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund before it appears in your account.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after they are placed.

Once an order has entered processing or has already been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.


Return Conditions

Please note the following before returning your item:

  • Returned products must satisfy all return eligibility requirements.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
  • Returns submitted without prior approval may be refused.
  • Returned merchandise should be packaged securely to prevent damage during transportation.
  • Lovikas reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this Return & Refund Policy.
