Order Processing

After your order is successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, our fulfillment team will begin preparing your package.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing times may be extended during promotional events or peak shopping seasons.

Shipment Tracking

Shipping Information

  • We currently do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Photos of the damaged item(s), if applicable
  • Photos of the shipping package and shipping label

We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.


Customs & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other local charges required by the destination country.

These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
